Settlement, dated June 9, 1833, between Malakah al-Nisa’ Khanum and her grandsons, Zayn al-‘Abidin and Aqa Baba, sons of Abu Talib, exchanging a piece of land located between Khuzan and Furushan for twenty-one tumans. Shaykh Masih, son of Shaykh Muhammad from Kahnah, settles with Qayid Haji, son of Haji Darvish [illegible] from Kahnah, over a piece of land with its own spring called Muzhdan on behalf of himself and two of his sister's children. They receive six thousand and four hundred dinars from Qayid Haji, dated November 13, 1827. On April 2, 1832, Mir ‘Abd al-Husayn Khan with the power of attorney from his wife, Maryam Baygum, sells one-fourth of Bagh-i Baygum to Qamar Nisa’, daughter of Zaynal Khan, for thirty six tumans. On the margin, dated April 7, 1833, Shaykh Zayn al-‘Abidin, with the power of attorney from Qamar Nisa’ Khanum, sells the mentioned property to Mirza Aqa’i, who has the power of attorney from Ishaq Khan (son of Ibrahim Khan), for thirty tumans and a detriment fee of eight tumans

Marriage contract of Zahra and Muhammad Husayn, 1831
Marriage contract of Zahra, daughter of Muhammad Husayn, and Muhammad Husayn, son of the late ʻAli Quli Bayg known as Aqa Baba. The mahr is seventy tumans. The bride settled thirty-five tumans of her mahr with the groom in exchange for one-twelfth of a house, located at Baghkaran neighborhood of Isfahan, and fifteen misqals [unit of weight] of gold. In a note on the margin, dated 27 November 1831, the wife has denied transferring her mahr to the late Ghulam Husayn and claims her mahr.

Settlement of a garden, 1831
A garden in Mubarakah village had been purchased from Zayn al-‘Abidin by Haj Muhammad ‘Ali and his brother, Husayn, and then transferred from Husayn to Aqa ‘Ali, son of Haj Muhammad ‘Ali. On August 13, 1831, Aqa ‘Ali and his children, ‘Abd Allah and Khanum Jan, transferred the ownership of the garden to Mashhadi Hasan, in exchange for ten tumans. On December 23, 1831 (verso), Mashhadi Hasan sold this property to his brother, Aqa Muhammad, for fifteen tumans.
